AdHub allows contact sharing between multiple teams. This feature is currently only available via the web version.

 

To initiate a share

Step 1

On the contact summary page, navigate to the Activities screen and create an activity.

Step 2

Click the more icon, and select Share with team

 

Step 3

This will open up the new Contact sharing request screen. Start typing the team you would like to share with. You can also add a message for context.

The team will now receive notifications that an Contact sharing request has been made.

Accepting a share

When a Contact sharing request has been made, you will be notified by email and push notification. Currently you can only accept a share via the web version.

Step 1

Navigate to the Team Contacts page and click on Contacts sharing tab

 

Step 2

You will now see any pending request, click review.

Step 3

You can now review this share and accept/decline. You can also provide feedback on this request for the initiating team.

Step 4

If you accept, the contact is now shared across both teams. Both teams can new view all details, activities, summary details. The activity that was shared is now assigned to the new team.
